Forever 21 Metallic Floral Wrap Shirt / Short Dress Size Small

Brand new with tags (purchased in the US). Tag states dress but I had bought with the intention of wearing with jeans or leggings. Button on inside of the one side and tie on the other side to secure the wrap. Wide sleeves. Material is rayon/metallic.
