Forever 21 - Mini Dress

The perfect little black dress. Dress is size small- has some stretch to it but would say only buy if you play between size small and xs. There is mesh on the sides. The dress is a mini dress but not crazy short! It honestly looks more expensive than it is. The mesh is not cheap looking.
