Forever 21 Navy Blue Sequinned cap sleeve top

Very difficult to photograph, but this a beautiful- detailed top. It is navy with navy sequins (sequins reflecting light in pics so it looks gold- but it is navy). There are no sequins pieces missing. This is a brand new top- never worn- but without tags. Really quite stunning in person. Purchased for an event but wore something else.
