Worn once, excellent condition. Very sailor-inspired, perfect for summer! Silhouette is A-line and very flattering. Buttons are not functional. Dress is unlined, but has some stretch. Waist belt cannot be removed. Features: Back zipper, decorative buttons. Materials: 87% polyester, 9% rayon, 4% spandex.
