Forever 21 • Open Lace Blouse

Smocked waist with crochet detail and a beautiful flower laced hem. Shirt is in excellent condition. Ilace detail on arms and elastic on sleeves. A nice bright white colour has no fade or damage to shirt. Size is small but i find it could also fit medium as it is a bit loose fitting. Summer staple boho shirt with exposed lace.
