Forever 21 Purple Floral Print Halter Top, size Medium

This actually used to be a dress! It was quite short, and once you realize you’re not actually forever 21, things get shortened even further to tops. Has an elastic waist, drawstring/tie halter neck, and the print/colours are gorgeous! Good preloved condition - only a small bit of pilling, see photos. See pics for measurements! I would say this fits on the smaller side.
