New without tags, no flaws seen. Bright red mini dress with rouching down both sides giving it that gathered look in the bodice. Chest portion of dress has built in corset and silicone strip across top to help hold it in place. Zippers up back. Fully lined. 92% polyester, 8% spandex. Based on size, I would say it fits smaller like a M to L. armpit to armpit approx. 15" Length approx. 27 1/2"
