Forever 21 Vintage Cropped Short Sleeve Sweater

Forever 21 vintage (worn only a few times) cotton blend sweater. Has a hand knit look. Open front (no closures). Feels like 100% cotton but is a blend. Cute over a summer dress. Lightweight. Tagged as a size Large but listing as a Medium although I think it likely fits even more like a Small. Approx 18” pit-pit & 15-17” long depending on where the measurement is taken.
