Forever 21 Wrap Polka dot Flowy light dress M

Super cute and lightweight dress ,Perfect solo or as a cover up over swimwear ! Color is a very dark Navy Blue but looks black till it's under heavy light or photo flash,then it reflects Blue.I took photos with and.without flash to show better :) ➡️**Close ups show imperfections (probably from fabrication cause it's lines,extra threads and little stain like it got stucked in machine maybe ? See photos) ,I honestly bought it like this in Clearance and noticed home...It just doest fit me .**
