Adorable style to this Forever 21 piece that you will love to have in your collection. It is a beautiful aqua colour and ties at the neck with long ties that can tie into a bow. The material is chiffon polyester and there are two layers to the shirt which gives it amazing flow and feel. It has quite a low v neck but the bow can be tied to cover it a bit or if you are a bit more daring, to show you off a bit 😉 This shirt looks great with a tight pair of jeans but looks just as great with a skirt or pair of dress pants for an evening out.
