Vintage Forever 21 ankle length pants with cuffed hem. These pants were regular length on me as I am 5'3''; they may be more ankle length if you are taller. Slacks are a dark blue 76% polyester - 18% rayon - 6% spandex blend with a slight stretch for a comfortable wear.
