Forever 21 black and floral maxi skirt

In great condition - beautiful maxi skirt with inner mini liner skirt underneath. Has a lovely flow to it when you walk around. Black with burgundy and pink hue floral pattern. I would keep it but it doesn’t fit me anymore.
