Forever 21 || black and white striped wrap top

Forever 21 black and white striped wrap top. Note that you can't really pull the wrap tighter - the wrap effect is made with another piece of fabric crossed over and stitched into place. Material is soft and comfortable. Excellent condition. Only worn once.
