Great quality material so it hangs perfectly V neck style, which is extremely flattering The upper portion of the dress is slightly fuller Matching and attached cinch waist belt with silver buckle detail Tag size small very minimal stretch to the 100% polyester lining. The shell of the dress does have 3% spandex. Just keep that in mind when taking measurements. Flat lay show the shoulders at 15 1/2 inches. Armpit to armpit 19 inches there’s a little extra room on the top of the dress to give it a slightly billowy affect. Waist measurement of 15 inches but it is elastic back so could accommodate up to 16 1/2. Approximate measurement at the hips show 19 inches and it tapers down slightly to 18 inches. The sleeves measure 9 1/4 inches long with the entire dress measuring 41 1/2 inches long.
