Forever 21 black high waisted culotte jumpsuit

SIZE S Excellent condition! These overall culottes are very flowy and lightweight. The straps aren’t adjustable and they were too long for me so they are sewn on the inside but can easily be removed to make longer. Waist has an elastic backing so it can stretch. I’m 5’2 for fit reference. Length (from top of strap to bottom hem): 42” Waist: 14”
