Forever 21 black skirt size medium

This skirt’s waistband has a slight stretch to it and the skirt has stretch making it comfortable. It has a stitch design criss cross part way down the skirt with a slit opening. Measurements: waist is 13 1/2 inches across, length is 18 1/2 inches. New condition, never worn.
