Forever 21 black/floral tie-front top

THIS is the epitome of FALL 🔥 perhaps my description of this fails a bit, so I added a couple of extra pix at the end, showing 1st the top opened up and then 2nd showing ties done up in bow...exquisite 😍 !! Forever 21 black with pale pink-y brown-y creamy florals...everything about it looks expensive & high-end.. expect compliments wherever you wear it..put on like any blouse but no buttons, almost a short kimono...it ties up in nice bow with long ties in front, creating low V neck, a cami or cropped bra-top needed, cool comfortable feel, poss. acetate or polyester ( tag missing), could be worn for dressy occasion with smart black pants, last 2 photos show cream top under, elasticated waist, fabulous flowy bell-sleeves, worn 2 or 3 times...looks brand new with no stains, rips etc ........just perfect👌!
