Forever 21 blouse top medium

mint condition Forever 21 blouse like top criss-cross design at chest and key hole opening in back, purchased from a live show but unfortunately is to small 😕, it says sz large but I think it would fit a medium best, there is no stretch to it at all, high low style it's lightweight and perfect for spring, will look great with black tights or work pants and a blazer amazing top.
