Beautiful old school forever 21 chiffon blouse, this blouse is double lined through the body so it is not see through with only one layer on the sleeves. There is sequin details on the collar and cuffs. This blouse would be perfect for a holiday party with a black wideleg pant.
Good used condition there is a small snag on the back of the left arm pictured.
