Forever 21 cotton dress

This Forever 21 dress is adorable. Scoop neckline, colours are black and white, and it has pockets. Note the dress is short. I used to wear it with bike shorts. Good used condition, still has lots of life. Small pin hole as seen in photo but not visible when wearing. Material 91% cotton and 9% modal
