Forever 21 fringe velvet mini

Did someone say rhinestone cowgirl? This fabulous little vintage number is from forever 21 in size small (please see measurements there is a little stretch ) She is velvet with adjustable straps, but can also be worn as a strapless as it has the latex around the top There is a small slit on the front on the left side, but the amazing part about this dress is the fringe at the top, which is all made of rhinestones so fabulous and sparkly In good vintage condition
