🔸 Forever 21 🔸 high waisted cargo pants

Black high waisted cargo style paperbag pants with a tie around the waist and plenty of pockets. Size large. They’ve never been worn, but I did wash them with intentions of wearing them but didn’t end up liking them on me. So they are brand new just washed once. Originally bought for $40.
