Forever 21 long belted dark green overcoat - very light

Sz 3x (NOTE - this claims to be a 3x but when I was a true size 18 the upper arms were tight on me while the body was too big. I do have larger upper arms) Forever 21 forest green belted overcoat. It’s a very light material and as you can from the pictures it is see through. I’m 5’6” and it goes past my knees so I would recommend for a taller individual.
