Forever 21 navy mini dress

I wore this only 2 times to 2 weddings so it is in great condition. It is the cutest mini dress with a bit of a sheen. Amazing for prom or events. It flares out and keeps that A line shape when worn. Snatched at the waist👌🏻 It has a strip to keep it up and not fall down at the top and is great for dancing the night away. It is in mint condition, nothing wrong with it...I just have a ton of other dresses I want to wear
