Forever 21 silky floral top

The feel of this top is so silky. The right floral design is beautiful. The sleeves feature a shoulder cutout and the waist has an elasticized gathering. In EUC. One small spot at the bottom of the elasticized part (see photo) has a stitch missing, easy fix
