Forever21 3/4 Sleeve Floral Dress

Beautiful, short, flowy floral dress from Forever 21. Marked as a medium but I’d say it’s closer to a small. Ideal for someone under 5’5, I’m 5’8 and the waist sits pretty high making it super short. Sleeves go just past the elbow.
