Forever21 Contemporary floral maxi dress with elasticized waist and M slit at hem. Dress fits full length on a 5’6” height person. Bell sleeves with shoulder cutout. Rope waist tie is removable. The skirt of the dress isn’t super billowy, and even though this is a Contemporary item (forever21’s line that runs slightly larger) I’d say this fits a true large that could also fit a medium.
