Forever21 Secretary vintage style skirt, M

Reposhing this item I purchased from @beary_bears. Loved it, but I never wore it because the buttons along the side came undone while wearing. This would make a great item for someone who sews and modifies garments. (I didn't quite know what to do.) Issue reflected in the price. The skirt is in excellent condition otherwise. Two very unnoticeable snags, pictured in last two photos. It can be worn in spring/summer with a t-shirt and sandals or in winter with a pullover knit top and boots.
