Forever21 pants with checkered/line pattern. For reference I am 4”11 and they come just to my ankle so if you are taller they would be more like a capri. Not a stretchy material, has zipper up hip, as well as belt loops Are a bit see through(would need light undergarments) Size Medium Worn once, in great condition Ps.
