Formal Summer Dress

Blue, white and black Twik dress from Simons, only worn 3x by me! Great for attending graduations, weddings or formal summer events. Top half of the dress is form fitting to the waist and bottom is flowy. Made from 71% polyester, 25% rayonne, and 4% spandex. Machine wash cold gentle cycle.
