Formal black skirt

This is the cutest skirt. Flattering on tummy. Super cute bow and ruffles. Fits medium but short. I would say better for s-m, unless you like mini. Very light could be worn in summer. But also winter with nylons. There are no tags but I purchased it from Winners 2 yrs ago.
