Formal dress metallic blue

I bought this dress for a wedding and never had a chance to wear it again. It is a stunning blue metallic lace showing the liner in beige. Beautiful cut. Bra pads incorporated in the design. Side slit for a sexy look. I kept it in my closet for a few years but I have gained weight and does not fit.
