Formal dress, prom or Bride's made or just to wear out to a nice place

Beautiful light blush like color, very beautiful and soft and flowy from the waist to the feet with a fitted bodice. Was only worn once and stored in the dress bag. The waist measurement is 14" The P to P measurement is 16" and goes to feet. My daughter was approximately 5'5" tall when she wore it
