Fossil Women’s belt 40”at last hole silver finish- not marked/ appears leather

Brand new Fits about a medium but check the measurement of 40” which is the maximum on the last hole so 38 ½” is really the largest size it will fit. Anyone smaller will be perfect also since the grommets allow for that. Not marked as leather so it might be vegan leather.
