Francesca flowered ruffled blouse

This beautiful blouse has ruffled sleeves, v neck with a snap closure, ruffle down the front with an elastic waist and draw string. Very flattering on and fits more like a medium/large and NOT an XL as indicated on the tag. Never been worn before.
