Francesca’s Birdcage tag Anthropologie dress

Anthropologie Francesca’s Bird Cage label dress size medium (?). No size label but I’m a large and it’s a little too tight for me through the chest. Shoulder to hem is 33” Pit to pit = 19 inches. Light weight polyester - hand wash cold. Long sleeves with elastic at wrists. Scoop neck and ties at back.
