@julieprosofsky Hi there! Sorry for the late reply. It can definitely be worn off the shoulders but I think it's meant to be worn as pictured. When off the shoulder, the elastic neckline holds in place perfectly but the sleeves are a little extra baggy since it's not how it was intended to be worn.. if that makes sense. It still looks ok! but not perfect.
