Francesca’s dress with ruffles on bottom & sleeves tie at waist zip back size L

This dress is by Francesca’s and is new with tags still attached it is red and covered in a small white flower print. There are 2 layers of skirt and they both have a 2 inch ruffle . The sleeves are semi sheer and have matching ruffles. There is a tie at the waist and it has a rounded neckline. There is a 20 inch zipper in the back. The length from shoulder to hem is 31 inches and the sleeves are 24 inches in length. The bust measures 34 inches and it has a 26 inch waist. From shoulder to waist is 16 inches. (CL2)
