Please see photos for scuffs on the bottom of the shoe and there is a scratch on one of the boots (at the toe) but is hardly noticeable. These boots did sell and were returned to me by a Posher due to the scuffs on the sole

New heel lifts at the cobbler/shoe repair (I'd pick rubber) and wahla, problem solved.
