Frank & Oak black wrap dress

Black wrap dress from Frank & Oak. New with tags. Fabric is quite heavy and good quality. I purchased on a no returns sale but unfortunately it ended up being too small. Website says runs large so I sized down, but I would say it’s actually true to size.
