Frank Lyman Bling Zip Up Top Dress

This Frank Lyman design can either be worn as a dress or a top, depending depending on your height. has some stretch to it zipper from top to bottom with silver hardware and bling. the front is covered in lots of bling bling in great Preloved condition. There are a few pulls (4) to be exact shown in the last two pictures not noticeable because of the print of the top. PTP 16 inches with a bit of stretch 28 1/2 inches length
