Frank Lyman Blouse size 18 blue black and white

Frank Lyman - tank top with attached sheer blouse over top. This piece is so lovely. The blue is bright and flattering. Both the tank and blouse are the same colours and complement each other beautifully. I really love this top but it doesn’t fit me anymore. Only worn a few times. 23” pit to pit
