Frank Lyman Dress Polka dot Fit and Flare

Very nice Frank Lyman dress in black and white polka dot pattern Sleeveless, fit and flare cut, low cut at the back. Very flattering fit, can go from morning to evening. Length 39.5 inches, fits just above/at knee. Size 8, true to size. Stretch fabric, fits very well. Fabric has body, not flimsy. Worn just a couple of times, in very good condition.
