Frank Lyman Formal Deep Black Jacket, ruffled neckline ,textured fabric, stretch

This piece from Frank Lyman is absolutely beautiful. It has a textured front, with plain fabric on the back and sleeves. Even though this is a jacket, it could be worn as a top. The ruffled neckline looks like leather, but it’s actually a very light polyester. It has a sturdy metal zipper. The fabric is wrinkle free and has lots of four way stretch. It doesn’t have a washing tag so I would have it cleaned to be on the safe side. Measured flat.
