Frank Lyman Purple Sweater Made in Canada

Very interesting embellishments on this lightweight sweater - little shards of iridescent fabric are attached to the collar and sleeves. The collar has ties on the bottom to close the sweater. I can't find a size on it so please note the measurements (laid flat) Shoulder: 16" Armpit to armpit: 18" It may be vintage, judging by the care label.
