Frank Lyman Vintage Blue Dress w Gathered Waist & Wide Collar, Stretch

This vintage piece is in excellent condition. Perfect for a cocktail dress, cruise or even as a wedding guest. This would be good for the office as well. Beautiful shade of blue. I can’t see any signs of wear. The waist is gathered in a faux wrap style with shirring at the front. The dress is fully lined. It has lots of four-way stretch and is wrinkle free. Made of 92% polyester and 8% spandex, this can be washed at home. It feels and looks like a soft jersey knit.
