Frank Lyman dress - fits like 4 or 6

This black Frank Lyman fit and flare dress looks almost like leather and has 3/4 length sleeves. Please note that this is a size 2 but fits bigger. I am usually a size 4 or 6 but because of this dress, I can now say that I am a size 2. If that weren't enough, it also comes with the belt! Smoke free home and I recycle packaging wherever possible.
