Vintage Frank Usher Beaded Pants in black silk with Blavk seed beading all over them. Ladies the tag says no alcohol or perfume....hmm...pretty, what's a woman to do. Now girl's its ok to have that wine with some perfume on just now on the fabric too...its a task task off to the cleaners if that happens. In excellent Vintage condition.
