Frank Usher was founded in 1946 in London, their aim was to bring detailed and fresh off the runway inspired fashion at a more moderate price range. The designs were influenced by such designers as Ozzie Clark and featured high-end details, like elaborate embroidery and beading. This vintage 1980s piece features, black puff sleeves, scoop neck and back, puff shoulders, long sleeves, bias cut with high slit. The bottom hem is ruffled and on top of slit are three rosettes. The body is leopard velvet print on sheer organza fully lined. Invisible zipper, centre back 19” L. Made in Great Britain, dry clean only, labelled UK, 100% Silk.
