Wind and completely waterproof. With a light down under it I was toasty warm at -10 degrees.
Sadly, she is too small on me. But this jacket is truly a work of art! It is cut well, made sustainably and so cute! Also the zippers are leak proof.
Lightly worn, no visible signs of wear.
